Postural Inspiration – The Twisty Lotus Pose

The twisty lotus pose is included in the PranaVayu advanced level 1 syllabus.  Once you are able to get your legs into the full lotus pose, I think that you’ll find that this variation works better than just about any other for quickly increasing the range of motion necessary postures such as pungu kukkutasana.
