I’ve always thought that arm balances are some of the coolest yoga poses out there. Correctly done, they build tremendous strength and focus, and they’re guaranteed to help you take yourself less seriously for a while. In my opinion arm balances rate higher on the “fun-o-meter” than almost any other posture, which is as good a reason as any to give them a try.
This week’s video tutorial will use PVYU Sequencing to help you build into two wild and crazy variations – the crooked in eight places pose (astavakrasana) and the peacock posture (mayurasana).
Give em’ a go and let me know how it goes!
